Refund Policy
LaunchSphere’s commercial promise is a first-term money-back window. Polar, as merchant of record, may also refund under Polar’s own rules. Cancel is not a refund.

What this covers
Paid LaunchSphere plans sold by Polar Software, Inc.: Pro $7/month, Pro $70/year, and Teams $9.50/seat/month. Guest trials and free accounts have no charge, so they have no refund.
LaunchSphere’s promise
If you are in good standing and you ask within 30 days of the start of your first paid term, we will request a full refund of that first term through Polar. “Good standing” means no chargeback, no acceptable-use breach, and no obvious abuse of the enhancer (for example automated quota cycling). After that window, cancel in the Polar Customer Portal; you keep access until the period ends and we do not refund elapsed time except where law requires it or Polar independently refunds.
How to ask
Email contact@launch-sphere.com with the Polar invoice or the email on the account. We handle product-side approval. Money moves only through Polar’s dashboard or API — we cannot refund a card ourselves. Polar refunds tax with the net; Polar’s processing fee is not returned to LaunchSphere.
What Polar may do anyway
Polar’s merchant terms let Polar refund at Polar’s discretion (typically within 10 days of a one-off, or 30 days of the last subscription renewal) and let Polar refund within about 60 days to reduce chargebacks, even if we had said no. Polar may auto-refund some low-value transactions, cancel the subscription, and revoke access. Those Polar rights sit alongside this policy. See the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms.
Chargebacks
Contact us or Polar before filing a chargeback. Polar will represent the transaction. Chargeback fees are Polar’s and land on LaunchSphere’s Polar balance. A chargeback is not the 30-day promise above.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits a refund or withdrawal right you cannot waive. Polar Buyer Terms currently do not include a separate EU digital-content withdrawal waiver; if that right applies to you, it survives.
