Refund Policy

Overview

LaunchSphere is operated by Soravio Enterprise ("Soravio Enterprise", "we", "us", or "our"). We aim to make purchases straightforward and fair. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through our website and processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to LaunchSphere's Pro plan and any one-time purchases made through our checkout. For subscription billing and payment processing, we use Paddle, which handles payment processing, tax calculation, and receipts in many jurisdictions.

30‑Day Refund Window

If LaunchSphere does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge.
  • The request should include the Paddle order ID and the email used for the purchase.
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or clearly ineligible requests may be declined.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, contact us at contact@launch-sphere.com. Please include your Paddle order ID (on your receipt) and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs. We will review your request and respond promptly.

You may also contact Paddle support directly with your order details; Paddle can process refunds from the vendor dashboard and will coordinate with Soravio Enterprise when necessary.

Subscription Cancellations & Proration

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling prevents future recurring charges; you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial-month usage or proration are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested through the process described above.

Processing Time & Taxes

Approved refunds are typically processed via the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any taxes collected by Paddle are handled according to Paddle's checkout and tax rules; refunds may include or exclude taxes based on how the original payment was processed.

Chargebacks & Fraud

If you dispute a charge with your bank (a chargeback) without first contacting us, we may not be able to process a refund through Paddle. Chargebacks for legitimate purchases that are later refunded may be reversed. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that a chargeback or refund request is fraudulent or abusive.

Non‑Refundable Items

Items that are clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase, or purchases made outside of Paddle's processing (if any), may not be eligible for a refund. If you believe you have a special circumstance, contact us and we will evaluate the request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
