What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name, and profile image when you sign up (via email, magic link, or Google).
- Prompts and content — prompts you submit to our tools and content you save to your library, stored so you can access them later.
- Usage data — tool usage events and credit consumption, used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: processing your prompts with AI models, maintaining your prompt library and history, enforcing usage limits, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data or use your prompts to train models.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run LaunchSphere: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI model routing), Brevo (transactional email), and Cloudflare (image storage). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Your rights
You can delete saved prompts from your library at any time. To request export or deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@launch-sphere.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions and guest trial limits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
