The service

LaunchSphere provides AI-powered prompt engineering tools. By creating an account or using the guest trial, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Plans and billing

• Free accounts include monthly usage limits per tool; limits reset each month.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You own the prompts you submit and the enhanced outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don't violate the law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits or authentication, no automated scraping of the API, no using the tools to generate unlawful or harmful content, and no reselling access without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated output may be inaccurate — review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
